Access. Support. Understanding.

My name is Lindsey.

I believe in the power of divergence.

I'm here to share resources and options. I'm here to help folks find out what works for them. With guidance, clients develop meaningful tools to strengthen the skills and relationships that matter most.

In my work as a therapist, clients share the nuanced difficulties of navigating an inaccessible world. I utilize an access-centered, queer and trans affirming, neurodivergent-informed approach to hold space for you and your whole story.

Areas of Practice

Pre-Teen and Teens

I collaborate with young people who are seeking healthy alternatives to ABA, navigating diagnosis, gender identity, sexuality, struggling in school or personal life, or are curious about accessing new types of support.

Individual Adults

Neurodivergent bodyminds hold vastly rich and unique experiences. Without community, emotional support, or personalized coping mechanisms, it is so easy to feel overwhelmed, lost, or isolated. Individual support can bring reflection, new perspectives, and significant healing.

Areas of Expertise:

navigating identities, advocacy, autism, anxiety, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, communication, depression, developmental disability, Disability Justice, hypermobility/EDS, intellectual disability, independent living, LGBTQIA/Femme needs, meltdowns, new diagnoses, Neurodiversity, sensory experiences, transition, trauma
